Wild Child, 11022 Johnson Dr., Shawnee, KS | February 2023 | Coming to Downtown Shawnee from the team behind cocktail bar Drastic Measures.

Elephant Wings, 1599 Iron St., North Kansas City, MO | Spring 2023 | This homestyle Indian cooking originally began as a private chef experience to elevate your evening.

KC Hooley House, 170 E. 14th St., KCMO | Spring 2023 | This new Irish concept is coming to Power & Light where The Dubliner used to be.

Kansas City International Airport terminal | March 2023 | Stay tuned for our airport tour coming in February — and refresh yourself on the incoming local restaurants.

Olathe Public Library central branch, Santa Fe Street + 135th Street, Olathe, KS | April 2023 | The four-story library will include the Olathe Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Office, and local coffee shop Sweet Tee’s.

Green Hills Library Center, 8581 N. Green Hills Rd., KCMO | The library is open, but additional elements — like a Novella coffee bar and a culinary center — are set to debut this year.

Zambezi Zinger, Worlds of Fun | Spring 2023 | The KC theme park is opening a new Serengeti-themed roller coaster for its 50th anniversary year.

Pennway Point, 2435 Jefferson St., KCMO | August 2023 | Construction is already underway and is set to include a 170-foot-tall Ferris wheel with all-weather heated gondolas.

Voo Lounge, 1214 Baltimore Ave., KCMO | February 2023 | A timeless cocktail lounge and piano bar coming to the Muehlebach building.

2000 Vine, 2000 Vine St., KCMO | Early 2023 | This century-old structure will become home to several new businesses, including Vine Street Brewing and The Prospect KC.

Montage Liberty, Clay County, MO | March, 2023 | Pending approvals, GaleHart Communities could break ground this spring on what would be a $1.95 billion housing and mixed-use project around Liberty North High School.

Scarritt tower renovation, 819 Walnut St., KCMO | Spring 2023 | Pending approval, developers would renovate this historic site into 126 apartments and a grocery store.

The Yards II groundbreaking, West Bottoms, MO | Early 2023 | Construction on the next West Bottoms apartments will likely begin soon, adding 224-units to the KCK side of the state line.

Mize Elementary special education wing, 7301 Mize Rd., Shawnee, KS | February 2023 | The $2 million addition includes a large group room, sensory area, and two work rooms.
