Olathe Public Library central branch, Santa Fe Street + 135th Street, Olathe, KS | April 2023 | The four-story library will include the Olathe Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Office, and local coffee shop Sweet Tee’s.
Green Hills Library Center, 8581 N. Green Hills Rd., KCMO | The library is open, but additional elements — like a Novella coffee bar and a culinary center — are set to debut this year.

Scarritt tower renovation, 819 Walnut St., KCMO | Spring 2023 | Pending approval, developers would renovate this historic site into 126 apartments and a grocery store.
The Yards II groundbreaking, West Bottoms, MO | Early 2023 | Construction on the next West Bottoms apartments will likely begin soon, adding 224-units to the KCK side of the state line.
