News Notes

Mansion Monday

Tucked beside Wolf Creek Golf Course, this 13-acre gated estate is giving full-on resort vibes. Think a 50,000-gallon saltwater pool, pickleball + basketball courts, and stocked ponds — all surrounding a five-bedroom, nine-bath stunner with its own two-bed, two-bath guest house.

Watch

The destination is set for “The White Lotus” Season 4, and it’s looking very French. Filming hasn’t started yet, so there’s plenty of time to enroll in a crash course of the language — or, you could start planning your watch party meals with French Market. (Deadline)

Frontier Airlines is bringing back its all-you-can-fly pass once again this year, allowing customers unlimited domestic and international flights for a steep discount. Before you pack your bags, map out your flight plan with all you need to know about Kansas City International Airport.

Number

$200.26. That’s the average cost of a tailgate experience at a Kansas City Chiefs game, according to Oddspedia. To find this price tag, the study conducted a tailgating play-by-play, including the costs of parking at Arrowhead Stadium and food + drinks for four people.

Answered

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art is home to which famous work?

Okay, okay — we were testing you and 58% of readers nailed it: Caravaggio’s “Saint John the Baptist in the Wilderness” is indeed part of the Nelson-Atkins’ collection. Extra credit if you remembered we highlighted its return from a little Roman getaway at Palazzo Barberini in last week’s newsletters.
