Ever wanted to try archery, kayaking, or atlatl throwing? Now’s your chance.

Get MO Wild is a free, family-friendly fall festival happening on Saturday, Oct. 4 at Burr Oak Woods Conservation Nature Center in Blue Springs, where you can explore the outdoors and try new skills.

Psst... Missouri Department of Conservation experts will be on-site to help with activities. No experience needed — equipment is provided.

Our suggestion? Enjoy the crisp October air, grab a bite from local food trucks, and make a day of it.
