Your name in flashing lights...or at least the name of your new show. The dream could all be yours if you apply to KC PBS’ Greenlight program.

The public broadcast station is seeking content for broadcast + digital — both works-in-progress and finished masterpieces.

Project categories it’s considering include:

  • Documentaries
  • News and public affairs
  • History
  • Arts and culture
  • Drama and performance
  • Lifestyle and cooking shows
  • Science and nature
  • Children’s shows

Pitches are reviewed quarterly. If you want to make the October review, submit your pitch by Friday, Sept. 27.
