Harvesters | This metro food service aids 387,000 people in its 26-county service area through providing meals. It has volunteer opportunities both in-person and from the comfort of your own home.
Kansas City Community Kitchen | NourishKC’s community kitchen serves meals to anyone at no cost, every Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.–2 p.m., including holidays and during bad weather.

Hope House | Operating six domestic violence shelters in the metro, Hope House relies on volunteers for special events, collection drives, and on-campus service roles requiring a background check.
