Two words — luxury apartments. New towers and mixed-use developments continue to crop up on seemingly every corner. The entire metro is coming off a record year with 5,900 new apartments delivered in 2021 and another 3,100 already anticipated next year. Just over a week ago, Three Light broke ground as the Power and Light District’s latest high-rise. We’re talking about a 26-story building featuring 288 high-end units.
