Oh the places you will go.

Get on the bus, Gus

What would you see on a perfect trip through KC? That answer undoubtedly shifts from person to person — but what about from robot to robot?

We asked an AI called WonderPlan to create an itinerary for a three-day weekend for those on a moderate budget wanting to sight-see with friends. Here’s what it drummed up.

Editor’s note: WonderPlan came up with the locations, but did not write anything below.

Day One

Start your Friday with an hour at the Crown Center. Explore the City Market, then pop into the Kansas City Museum followed by the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.

End your day exploring the Crossroads. (While you’re there make sure you pop into Town Topic.)

The Kansas City Museum, with the garden in its full bloom.

This gorgeous museum is also the perf photo opp.

Day Two

Leisurely stroll through the Country Club Plaza, then head to Union Station for some indoor fun. Afterwards, choose between visiting the Kauffman Center, perusing the Power and Light District, or hanging out in Westport. The AI actually suggested you do all three but we think you should pace yourself.

Bonus: you get to admire this beautiful view of the KC skyline when you visit the Kauffman Center.

Day Three

Round off your KC adventure with a morning trip to the American Jazz Museum and an afternoon excursion at the Kansas City Zoo.

While you’re at the Jazz museum, pop into The Blue Room for soulful performances.
