National Negroni Week celebrates classic and creative variations of Negronis with thousands of bars and restaurants participating nation-wide. This year, a portion of all Negroni sales will be donated to Slow Food — a global movement of local communities and activists seeking to change the world through food and beverage. Cheers to that.

- The Campground | 1531 Genessee St., Kansas City, MO | This cozy spot even earned a nomination for Best Negroni in The Pitch KC .
