Remember July 2023? You were fresh off “The Eras Tour” stop, sweating through historic heat waves, and just learned (from your favorite morning newsletter) that Port KC + KC Current teamed up on a 10-year plan to reimagine the Berkley Riverfront.
Now those renderings are officially becoming reality — “dirt has started moving” on the ~200 million-sqft development’s first phase, which is set to include:

53,000 sqft of retail space and “Crew Quarters” building with indoor-outdoor restaurant space
