• A new bar + grill is making its way to the metro: 30hop. The Iowa-based restaurant plans to serve up tacos, burgers, chopped salads, and plenty of on-tap beers in Lee’s Summit later this year, and at JoCo’s Merriam Grand Station next spring. (Kansas City Star)

• Kansas City is the No. 14 most affordable metro for home buyers, according to new research by Clever. Residents would need to make $85,950 annually to afford the median home, priced at $290,619. (FOX4)

• Inclusive play equipment + other new upgrades are coming to Prairie Village’s Taliaferro Park.
