Urban Cafe is moving 20 blocks up the street to 3440 Troost Ave., KCMO. The new spot will be located on the first floor of the Roxford building and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch. An opening date is TBA. (City Scene KC)

KCI wants to clear up the ground traffic. To do so, officials are considering adding another incoming traffic lane as well as another waiting lot. Serious discussions will take place in 2024. (FOX4)

Longtime readers will remember when Editor Charmaine covered the store without a checkout (the first store in the metro to utilize Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology). Its space in the East Crossroads was just an appetizer. The main course is now being served.
Community Groceries will host a grand opening celebration of its flagship store at 3501 Troost Ave., KCMO on Saturday, Dec. 9 at 11 a.m.
