Happy Victory Monday, KC. Last night, the Chiefs defeated the Bengals, 23-20, right here at Arrowhead Stadium. It was as cold and loud as ever, just how we like our football.
With only three seconds left in the game, Harrison Butker kicked a 45-yard field goal to bring home the win. In a similarly exciting fashion, defensive tackle Chris Jones got his first career postseason sack — one of four total sacks from the Chiefs defense in the opening half of the game.
Now that we’ve had time to celebrate, let’s focus on the biggest game of the year — Super Bowl LVII.
Game day details 🏆
When: Sun, Feb. 12 at 5:30 p.m. Who: Kansas City Chiefs vs. Philadelphia Eagles Where: State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ Lowest ticket price:$5,900
We’ve been here before — three times in the last four years, actually. The Chiefs last won the Super Bowl in 2020 against the San Francisco 49ers, bringing the title to KC with a 31-20 finish.
Keep an eye out on the injury report leading up to the big game — as key players like wide receiver Kadarius Toney, linebacker Willie Gay Jr., and cornerback L’Jarius Sneed all ended the game as questionable to return.
Have your game-day jitters kicked in yet? Ours sure have, and we can’t wait to root on the boys in red and gold in just 13 days.

Yes, that’s right, your two favorite City Editors are officially runway models. Last week Travis + Bella were featured as KC celebrities (we’re flattered) in the Kansas City Fashion Show for Charity.
The event featured local fashion designers + performing artists like Joey Cool and Haleigh Marchisio. And of course, we gave plenty of “awws” watching pups from the KC Frenchie Club strut (waddle?) down the runway.
The fashion show was held in one of KC’s coolest venues — the College Basketball Experience. With 500+ audience members and 75+ models + performers, the show was stacked with talent from start to finish.
The cherry on top of the evening was watching members of our community give back. During the show, a basketball signed by all of the models + designers was auctioned off for $500 — all going to the kids at Operation Breakthrough.
THE WRAP

Editor’s pick: I visited the Conductor Club’s Love Shag pop-up bar this weekend and had a very groovy time. My boyfriend and I shared a fish-bowl style drink that was delivered in a volcano shaped bowl — and yes, it lit on fire.
