Drink Up Week is finally here and we have a feeling it’ll be the toast of the town.

Here’s the tea — today through Friday, July 26, we’re celebrating the entrepreneurs, mixologists, venues, and beverages that make Kansas City go ‘round.

As you know, we’ve created an interactive map of can’t-miss deals offered by local businesses in Kansas City. Here are the top deals our KCtoday editors have their eyes on — and what they plan to pair with these drinks.

City Editor Maddie can’t wait for her week-night double header. First stop: Restless Spirits’ reverse happy hour for $2 off its Blueberry Pie cocktail — then a walk with friends to Screenland Armour to see the new “Twister” (psst, tickets are only $5 on Tuesdays).

City Editor Charmaine can’t wait for the BOGO 1/2 smoothies deal she’s going to snag at Lee’s Summit Nutrition, before expanding her family library at KD’s Books.

We hope you enjoy sipping your way through our city this week. Cheers to you and happy Drink Up Week, Kansas Citians.
