Should Kansas City add more public transit routes servicing KCI?

Two groups are looking at possible options for expanding the transit system beyond the rapid rail chats. Now, they’re asking the public to weigh in.

Kansas City International Aiport (KCI) is seeing lots of foot traffic. According to city officials, all those feet need more support getting around.

To address this, the City of KCMO wants to add a rapid rail, connecting KCI to downtown. But this isn’t the only solution in the works.

Mid-America Regional Council and Kansas City Area Transportation Authority seek to solve the transportation concern with the Public Transit Services Action Plan.
