Barbecue, sports, overall vibes — Kansas City is known for being great at a lot of things, and now we can add pooch paradise to the list.

Forbes Advisor ranked KCMO as the most pet-friendly place in the US in a recent study, beating out the competition with a 100% score.

The ranking considered 81 of the most populated cities across four categories: dog veterinary cost, cat veterinary cost, veterinary access, and pet-friendly spaces. KC-area pawrents pay the second lowest veterinary costs in the country, meaning they have more money to spend on their fur babies at pet-friendly places.
