One of the last vacant lots near Lenexa’s City Center will soon become Ross Canyon, a 44-acre multifamily residential project. City council members unanimously approved plans for 374 apartments and 95 townhomes off 93rd Street, between Mill Creek Road + Renner Boulevard. Construction is expected to begin in March.
