Eligibility is limited to those 18+ who live in either KS or MO. Fit the bill? Here’s what you’ll need to submit:

poster design concept sketch
blurb detailing your creative vision in 100 words or less
Five finalists will earn $1,000 each, with the winning artist earning a $10,000 grand prize (and all the glory).
