Subtronics | Wednesday, Feb. 21 | 8:00 p.m. | Cable Dahmer Arena, Independence, MO | $27-$129 | DJ Subtronics stops in the Heartland for his “Tesseract” tour which promises an all-new stage design and awe-inspiring visuals.

Scotty McCreery | Thursday, Feb. 22 | 7:00 p.m. | Cable Dahmer Arena | $24-$1,016 | Anne Wilson and Noah Hicks will both perform before McCreery takes the stage.

Drake and J. Cole | Saturday, March 2 | 8:00 p.m. | T-Mobile Center, KCMO | $289-$1,900 | Hip-hop heads rejoice, these two iconic rappers have teamed up for a tour and it’s stopping in KC.

  • Taylor Swift donated $100,000 to the family of local DJ Lisa Lopez-Galvan, who was killed at the Super Bowl rally. The family’s GoFundMe page has reached its goal but is still taking donations. (FOX4)

  • Dave’s Stagecoach Inn has reached the end of its journey. The over 70-year-old dive bar shuttered its doors last week with owners Jim and Joyce Hess saying they were ready to retire. The couple is open to selling the bar and letting someone new continue its legacy. (Kansas City Star)
