Uptown Theater, 3700 Broadway Blvd., KCMO | This historic venue’s first sold-out performance took place almost 100 years ago in 1928 — well before the orchestra section became standing room only.
The Truman, 601 E. Truman Rd., KCMO | The Truman is one of KC’s newer concert venues, opening its doors for concerts + events in September 2017.

The coffee shop once known as Country Club Cafe is making a comeback after closing in 2021. Its new location — at 22742 Midland Dr., Shawnee, KS — appears to be going by Gallagher Grinds. The expected opening day is early summer. ☕ (Shawnee Mission Post)
