Surely you can do better than this picture Editor Travis took last year on his old phone. | Photo by KCtoday
There is no shortage of seasonal sights and scenes in KC, but between the two of us at KCtoday, we can’t see them all.

So, we’re recruiting (and challenging) you to send us your most holiday-esque photos, starting now until Friday, Dec. 16.

Not sure what we’re looking for? Think:
  • Christmas lights
  • Snowy scenes
  • Carolers, Santas, elves, oh my!
  • Seasonal food + drink
Now that you can see the vision, hit the town and then our inbox with your picture-perfect moments. City Editors Bella + Travis will review the submissions and announce a winner and our favorite photos on Monday, Dec. 19. Our favorite photos will also get featured on our Instagram and will receive bragging rights. You’re welcome.
THE WRAP

Today’s issue was written by Travis.

Editor’s pick: Winter Skies — the pop-up bar in the Sheraton at Crown Center — is sold out. Social channels said there were 20,000+ people trying to secure tickets at one time (which is hopefully a good sign for future versions of the 42nd-floor restaurant). Check our Instagram for a look inside, and follow Skies for future updates.
