Still like that old-time rock n’ roll? You’re in luck. Four tribute bands are taking over downtown Merriam on Saturday, Oct. 5 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. for Merriam Drive Live.

The festival features live music, free whiskey and beer tastings, family-friendly activities, and a competitive cornhole tournament.

Here’s a look at the lineup for the day:

Come for the bands

  • Surfin’ USA | 2 p.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • The Original Silver Bullet | 3:30 p.m.-5 p.m.
  • Revelation: A Tribute to Journey | 5 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
  • Four Fried Chickens and a Coke | 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m.

Stay for the activities

  • Food trucks, local spirits, yard games, face painting + a balloon artist
  • The Midwest Elite Cornhole Tournament, featuring two-person teams (must be 18+) competing for a prize
  • Free whiskey and beer tastings
