Want to mix up your First Fridays fun and venture away from the Crossroads? Now’s your chance.
Visit the Belger Glass Annex (1219 E. 19th St., KCMO) this First Friday, Oct. 4, from 4 to 8 p.m. for a free fest complete with live glassblowing demonstrations, treats, and a peek at the locally-blown glass pumpkin patch.
Want to test out your own green thumb? For $75 you can join in on the glass-blowing bonanza — but you gotta get there early. Slots are limited and registration is in-person only.
PS: If you can’t make it to the First Friday event but still want to make a glass pumpkin, there’s a $75 class on Saturday, Oct. 12 with slots from 12 to 5:30 p.m.
