• Enzo Bistro & Wine Bar will open in the River Market on Tuesday, Dec. 13 — at 20 E. 5th St., KCMO, formerly Bo Lings. The Mediterranean restaurant will start with dinner service, adding lunch on Thursday, Dec. 15. Enzo is a concept by Ragazza owner Laura Norris + her brother, Grant. 🍷
• St. Louis-based Brick River Cider Co. is opening a location in the Crossroads on Saturday, Dec. 17 — at 1701 McGee St., KCMO. The gluten-free beverage company will offer artisan drinks (for non-cider people) and food like risotto, mac and cheese, and flatbreads. 🍎 (Kansas City Star)

• You say slán (goodbye), and I say dia dhuit (hello). There’s a new Irish concept coming to Power & Light where The Dubliner used to be. KC Hooley House will be a locally owned, modern take on a traditional Irish Pub. It’s slated to open in spring 2023. 🇮🇪

• The Capital One Café made its debut in the Plaza, serving up beverages and bank accounts — at 430 Nichols Rd., KCMO. The multi-use coffee house also provides free quiet rooms for patrons + private meeting rooms for nonprofits. ☕️

• Royals leadership will conduct a public meeting in regards to a new baseball stadium. Attendees can expect a Q+A session with team executives. The event will be 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 13 at Plexpod Westport Commons — 300 E. 39th St., KCMO. (Startland News)

• KC Streetcar leaders released new renderings of the Riverfront Extension, which will run down the Grand Boulevard viaduct. A new pedestrian path will run adjacent to the existing road, connecting Berkley to the River Market. The stop will end up near the apartments. 🚈 (FOX4)

• KCMO Public Works is working on a Sidewalk Prioritization Plan, which will guide sidewalk construction for the next 10 years. Project leaders are seeking public input on the plan (read: how they should spend $7.5 million per year) through a survey and via a virtual open house.
