Parking 101

• Parking passes are digital + must be purchased in advance — cash is not accepted at the tollbooths.
• Parking lots open four and a half hours prior to kickoff. Earlier this season, the parking lots opened even earlier due to traffic, so we suggest planning accordingly.
• One vehicle per spot, like this. Find information on parking RVs + trailers here.

Must know

• Check out the free Ford Tailgate District — located at the Founder’s Plaza. Say hello to the Chiefs Cheerleaders, listen to live music, and play tailgate games.
• Bring a portable grill, speaker + cooler to create your own party.
• There’s no hanging out in the lots during the game, so make sure to watch the clock and head to your seats by the end of the first quarter.

Pro tips

• Make new friends. Walk around the tailgate empty-handed, and you’ll probably return to your car with a plate full of food, a beer, and a few new pals to watch the game with.
• In case you didn’t hear us already — arrive early. Allotting at least an extra 30 minutes for traffic + set-up is vital to a stress-free experience.
• Let’s keep it real. Try to empty your bladder before the craziness begins. The port-a-potty lines are long, and we would be doing you a disservice if we didn’t tell you ahead of time. Lines tend to be shorter inside the stadium.
